Shankara Naturals offers free domestic shipping (in the Canada) on purchases over $120
All orders are usually fulfilled within two (2) business days.
DAMAGES
Damages in shipping or lost packages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt or estimated delivery date.
Discarding damaged product prior to sending a photo or not reporting an undelivered package within the allotted time frame may disqualify you from having a replacement provided.
Please send a photo of your damaged product to info@shankaracanada.ca for a full replacement.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product purchased from our website, we are here to assist you. Please review the following terms and conditions:
Returns Accepted for 30 Days: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product is returned within this period, we will provide a full refund or credit for the purchase amount, excluding any shipping charges incurred.
Free Return Shipping: To ensure a hassle-free return process, we offer free return shipping. Please contact us at info@shankaracanada.ca with your Order ID to initiate the return and receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Your refund will include the entire purchase amount, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
Final Sale Items: Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" in the designated collection cannot be returned. We recommend reviewing product details before making a purchase.
Refund Processing: If your refund request is accepted, we will process the refund within 10 working days from the date of order cancellation. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation occurs before the product has shipped, you will receive a full refund.
